    What is the Minimum Purchase ?

    There are no minimums required per styles for all purchase.  Our prices are 50% below market prices.  Click here to purchase Wholesale Merchandise.

    Shipping Questions

    All Orders are shipped via UPS, Fedex, DHL or USPS and generally ship within 1 or 2 Business days after we receive cleared payments.  How long it takes for you to receive it depends upon where you live and the shipping method you select. Next day and Second Day Air are also available. You cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped out to you. If for any reason you need to cancel an order, you must notify us right away by 3:00pm ET on the same date you placed your order. We do not refund orders that are already in transit.
    Shipping Rates: Domestic Shipping rates are set to 'Flat': Same cost to all buyers.  We do not accept Cash On Delivery (COD) on any purchases.

    International Orders

    We are currently accepting  international orders. International shipping cost are set to flat.  We charge a fix shipping and handling fee for all orders regardless of the destination.  How long it takes for you to receive it depends upon where you live and the shipping method you select. There are no returns,  or refunds for international orders.  For your convenience please check the Size Chart each time before purchase.  Click Here to view Size Chart. Please note that, is not responsible for the duties and taxes for international shipments. The customer assumes all responsibilities for payments for duties and taxes on overseas shipments.

    Deposits will be be 50% of total order including shipping.  The remainder of the layaway balance must be paid in full no later than 30 days from the original deposit date. Layaway will not be held without down payment. Absolutely No Exceptions! First, email a sales rep at with the Designer Name, Style Number, Size and Color you want.   You would receive an invoice from us through paypal to pay the deposit with your credit card/debit or eCheck.  We would process your order after deposit payments are cleared. 
    Final Payment: After the initial payment the remaining balance must be paid in full within 30 days. You cannot cancel your order after we process your initial payment.  We would send you a second invoice for the remaining balance.  If you fail to make your final payment within 30 days for whatever reason you will lose your deposit and the items you have on hold will be put back out for sale. This is  our policy and we will stick to them with no exceptions!!
    Returns/Exchanges of Layaway: There will be no returns or exchanges for layaway items, so please make your selections accordingly. All sales are final!

    Do you give Refunds or Accept returns?

    You can expect high quality name brand merchandise at a very good price and exceptional service from Yesufashions.  We ask our customers to please respect our policies to help achieve these goals. For Health and Hygiene Regulations for items tried on stained and returned there are no returns for all orders. Also due to the high volume of items returned back that are worn, dirty or used and also with Make Up or ripped and damaged, we have establish this No Return Policy for orders online. All purchases are final! For your convenience please check the sizing chart for each designer. We are not responsible for wrong size or unwanted merchandise.

    Most of our customers will need to have some type of alterations done for a perfect fit. You can always take in a suit that is too large, so if the dress is too big, have it tailored for a perfect fit. Please do this at your own discretion. Alternatively, if your suit is too small or does not fit you can wear a corset to make you look slimmer.

    Restock Fees: Please Note that If your items are returned to us without prior authorization or bounced back to us by the mail carrier, we will charge you a restock fee which is the original freight or Shipping Cost plus a fee of 35% of the order. reserves the right to refuse any return requests for merchandise other than damaged goods.  We would replace all damaged items with the same style in the same color and size you originally ordered.  We do not pay shipping costs for any returning merchandise.  Any damaged items returned must include the original tags, and packaging.  We do not accept any returns for items on sale & clearance.   Please feel free to contact us with any Questions before your purchase.     COLORS: It is important to note that due to the different computer monitors resolution, colors shown in photo may not be true to actual color. We however always provide our valued customers with all available colors of items on our website.

    What if my item is Damaged ?

    Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival.  You must email a sales representative within 3 days of receipt of merchandise for a return authorization number.  Send back only the style that has been approved.  Write the RA number on the outside of the box and ship it back to us within 3 days of obtaining the RA number.  If the RA number is not printed on the outside of the box, it will be at risk for being refused at our warehouse and returned back to you at your additional cost. We do not pay shipping costs for returning damaged merchandise.  We also do not reimburse any shipping fees for items shipped to you, as items may have been damaged by the mail carrier. When returning your item, we strongly recommend that you use a shipping service that can track your package and insure it for full value! We are not responsible for returned shipments that we do not receive. No credit will be issued.   We would replace all damaged items with the same style purchased.  Any items returned must include the original tags, and packaging.  Please remember we are not responsible for dry cleaning damages.  Unfortunately, we cannot approve or accept returns or give you a credit for merchandise that has been ticketed or worn or for damaged caused by dry cleaning.

    Payment Questions

    We accept Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Paypal is currently the authorized merchant for You however do not need a paypal account to purchase items.  Once you Add your item to the cart, proceed to Checkout.  Once you get to the paypal payment page, you can login if you have a paypal account, if not just click on the section: "Don't have a PayPal Account?" You can then pay with your credit or debit card.  Paypal also accepts Personal Checks/E-Checks (you must have a Paypal account to use echeck and we will only ship your items once your echeck clears).  If you wish not to use Paypal, you can contact us to process your order for you on the phone or select to pay through Googlecheckout.

    When you purchase items we offer, we always use a secure connection to a trusted financial institution to perform the transaction and we do not store on our servers any of your financial information, such as your credit card number, credit card expiration date, and billing address ("Financial Information"). Financial Information collected by the trusted financial institution is used to check your qualifications for payment, to send you a receipt of your purchase, and for other purposes. It is not stored anywhere on our servers. Payments are sent directly into our bank deposit and no information is disclosed.

    Bounced Order - Returned Shipment reserves the right to refuse any return requests for merchandise other than damaged goods.  All purchases on our website are final.   If your items are returned to us without prior authorization or bounced back to us by the mail carrier, you will not be refunded for your order. You will have the option to pay for reshipment and any other charges incurred or you will lose your money and the items paid for.

    How do I know if the item I want to purchase are in stock

    Most of the items on our website are available to be shipped right away, however, because our  inventory changes all the time, items on our website are subject to availability and not guaranteed to be in stock when your order is placed. If by chance an item is not in stock when you place your order, you will be notified by e-mail ASAP and you will have the opportunity to exchange it with any other item. We would issue a full Refund if you choose not to exchange.  Feel free to email us to check availability of a suit - please include Designer, Style No., Color & Size.
