    What is the Minimum Purchase ?

    There are no minimums required per styles for all purchase.  Our prices are 50% below market prices.  Click here to purchase Wholesale Merchandise.

    Shipping Questions

    All Orders are shipped via UPS, Fedex, DHL or USPS and generally ship within 2-10 Business days after we receive cleared payments.  How long it takes for you to receive it depends upon where you live and the shipping method you select. Next day and Second Day Air are also available. You cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped out to you. If for any reason you need to cancel an order, you must notify us right away by 3:30pm ET on the same date you placed your order. We do not refund orders that are already in transit.
    Domestic Shipping rates are set to 'Flat: Same cost to all buyers'.  We do not accept COD on any purchases.

    We are currently accepting  international orders. International shipping cost are also set to flat.  We charge a fix shipping and handling fee for all orders under 10 pounds regardless of the destination.  How long it takes for you to receive it depends upon where you live and the shipping method you select. There are no returns,  or refunds for international orders.  For your convenience please check the Size Conversion Chart before you purchase.  Size Chart. Please note that, Yesufashions.com is not responsible for the duties and taxes for international shipments. The customer assumes all responsibilities for payments for duties and taxes on overseas shipments.

    Bounced Orders: We can reship a bounced order to you but due to high cost of shipping, a bounced order must be prepaid before we reship.  The reship fee is twice the original shipping charges.  The cost to restock a bounced order or any item is twice the original freight plus a fee of 35% of the order.

    Availability of items: Most of what we carry is available for immediate delivery unless otherwise stated.  Feel free to email us to double check - please include Designer, Style No., Color & Size. We ship exactly what you order.  We do not change or replace our customer's orders.   We will always inform you when we run out of an item, and would only replace it if you request it.

    Priority Processing

    Priority Processing will expedite processing time of your order and ensure that your order takes no more than 2 day to process and ship. Please note that next day delivery cost any were from $60- $150 depending on the shipping destination and weight of package. A $25.00 fee may be  applied to your order for priority order.     Layaway

    Deposits will be be 50% of total order including shipping.  The remainder of the layaway balance must be paid in full no later than 30 days from the original deposit date. Layaway will not be held without down payment. Absolutely No Exceptions! First, email a sales rep at sales@yesufashions.com with the Designer Name, Style Number, Size and Color you want.   You would receive an invoice from us through paypal to pay the deposit with your credit card/debit or eCheck.  We would process your order after deposit payments are cleared. 
    Final Payment
    : After the initial payment the remaining balance must be paid in full within 30 days. You cannot cancel your order after we process your initial payment.  We would send you a second invoice for the remaining balance.  If you fail to make your final payment within 30 days for whatever reason you will lose your deposit and the items you have on hold will be put back out for sale. This is  our policy and we will stick to them with no exceptions!!
    Returns/Exchanges of Layaway:
    There will be no returns or exchanges for layaway items, so please make your selections accordingly. All sales are final!

    Do you give Refunds or Accept returns?

    You can expect high quality name brand merchandise at a very good price and exceptional service from Yesufashions.  To help us achieve these goals, we've establish the following customer policies.  As customary in this industry, there are no returns, no exchanges and no refunds for all orders. Our warehouse does not accept any returns, so for your convenience please check the sizing chart for each designer. You can always take in a suit that is too large, but you cannot let out a suit that is too small. Most of our customers will need to have some type of alterations done for a perfect fit. For your convenience please check the Size Conversion Chart before you purchase.  Click here to view Size Chart . We are not responsible for wrong Size or unwanted merchandise.   All purchases are final.  Exchange will not be permitted for ordering a size that does not fit you.   Also note that due to the different monitors resolution, colors shown in photo may not be true to actual color. Yesufashions.com  reserves the right to refuse any return requests for merchandise other than damaged goods.  We would replace all damaged items with the same style in the same color and size you originally ordered.  We do not pay shipping costs for any returning merchandise.  Any items returned must include the original tags, and packaging.  We do not accept any returns for items on clearance.   Feel free to contact us with any Questions before your purchase.     What if my item is Damaged ?

    Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival.  You must email a sales representative within 3 days of receipt of merchandise for a return authorization number.  Send back only the style that has been approved.  Write the RA number on the outside of the box and ship it back to us within 3 days of obtaining the RA number.  If the RA number is not printed on the outside of the box, it will be at risk for being refused at our warehouse and returned back to you at your additional cost. We do not pay shipping costs for returning damaged merchandise.  We also do not reimburse any shipping & handling fees for items shipped to you. When returning your item, we strongly recommend that you use a shipping service that can track your package and insure it for full value! We are not responsible for returned shipments that we do not receive. No credit will be issued.   We would replace all damaged items with the same style purchased.  Any items returned must include the original tags, and packaging.  Please remember we are not responsible for dry cleaning damages.  Unfortunately, we cannot approve or accept returns or give you a credit for merchandise that has been ticketed or worn or for damaged caused by dry cleaning.

    Payment Questions

    Paypal is currently the authorized merchant for Yesufashions.com. You however do not need a paypal account to purchase items.  Once you Add your item to the cart, click "Proceed to Checkout" button. You can login if you have a paypal account, if not just click on the "Continue" button on the section: "Don't have a PayPal Account?" You can then pay with a credit card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.  Paypal also accepts Personal Checks/E-Checks ( you must have a paypal account to use echeck and we will only ship your items once your echeck clears).  When you purchase items we offer, we always use a secure connection to a trusted financial institution to perform the transaction and we do not store on our servers any of your financial information, such as your credit card number, credit card expiration date, and billing address ("Financial Information"). Financial Information collected by the trusted financial institution is used to check your qualifications for payment, to send you a receipt of your purchase, and for other purposes. It is not stored anywhere on our servers. Payments are sent directly into our bank deposit and no information is disclosed.

    How do I know if the item I want to purchase are in stock

    Most of the items on our website are available to be shipped right away, however, because our  inventory changes all the time, items on our website are subject to availability and not guaranteed to be in stock when your order is placed. If by chance an item is not in stock when you place your order, you will be notified by e-mail ASAP and you will have the opportunity to exchange it with any other item.
